📬  Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely. However, if an issue occurs during shipping, please follow the steps below:

🚚 Lost Packages

  • Check the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email

  • Verify that the shipping address provided is correct

  • Contact your local carrier for updates

  • We’ll investigate and offer a replacement or refund if the item is out of stock

📦 Damaged Packages

  • Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and items

  • Include your order number, photos, and a description of the damage

  • We’ll review and offer a replacement or refund based on availability
